By accessing or using app.examconnect.in ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one individual; sharing is not permitted.

2. Use of the Platform

• Content (questions, tests, solutions) is for your personal exam preparation only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly share any content.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

3. Purchases & subscriptions

• Some content is free; premium test series/plans require payment.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR (₹) before purchase.
• Access to purchased content is granted to your account after successful payment.
• Subscriptions are valid for the duration shown at purchase and do not auto-renew unless stated.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by ExamConnect or its licensors and are protected by law.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" for preparation purposes. We do not guarantee any exam result, rank, or selection. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamConnect is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund where misuse is found.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
