Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ExamConnect account and the data associated with it at any time, using either of the methods below. Deletion is irreversible — your test history, results, bookmarks, and any active subscription access will be lost.

Method 1 — From the mobile app (fastest)

• Open the ExamConnect app and log in
• Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right)
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account
• Confirm — your account is deleted immediately

Method 2 — From the website

• Log in at app.examconnect.in/login
• Open Profile (top-right menu)
• Use the Delete Account section (password confirmation required)

What gets deleted

• Your login access is revoked on all devices immediately
• Your email is released, so it can be used for a fresh account later
• Push-notification tokens for your devices are removed
• Google Sign-In link (if any) is removed

What we retain, and for how long

Payment and invoice records linked to your past purchases are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law, and anonymised test statistics may persist in aggregate analytics. These can no longer be used to sign in or identify your account.

If you cannot access the app or website, contact us via the contact page from your registered email and request deletion — we will process it within 7 days.
